Arrival Time
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. You may also fill out paperwork provided prior to your treatment. Arriving late causes you out of valuable treatment time. Please note that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatment time in consideration of the next client.

When receiving your treatment, your therapist will address your needs based on your personal assessment. They will speak to you about the temperature, pressure, and sequence of service they are providing. You may also communicate to us how you are feeling during your service, and if there is anything specific you would like us to address, please inform the front desk or your therapist.
